Ingredients

  • 170g X Potato Puffs
  • 30ml X Mayonnaise
  • 10g X Gochujang Sauce
  • 2g X Salt & Chilli Seasoning

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Mix the gochujang sauce and mayonnaise

Method

  1. 1 1. Deep fry the potato puffs
  2. 2 2. Season with salt & chilli seasoning
  3. 3 3. Place the gochujang mayo into a ramekin
  4. 4 4. Serve as shown
