Ingredients
- 170g X Potato Puffs
- 30ml X Mayonnaise
- 10g X Gochujang Sauce
- 2g X Salt & Chilli Seasoning
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Mix the gochujang sauce and mayonnaise
Method
- 1 1. Deep fry the potato puffs
- 2 2. Season with salt & chilli seasoning
- 3 3. Place the gochujang mayo into a ramekin
- 4 4. Serve as shown
