Mixed Grill
Ingredients
- 200g X Chips
- 1 x Ham Hock
- ½ X Cumberland Sausage
- 1 X Egg
- ½ X Sirloin Steak
- ½ X Tomato
- 5g X Watercress
- 1/3 X Chicken Breast
- 5ml X Cold Pressed Rapeseed
- Oil
- 5ml X Garlic Whirl
- 2g X Maldon Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the ham hock & chicken breast
- 2 2. Unroll the sausage, cut in half and re-roll, then skewer
- 3 3. Chunky chop the chicken breast, coat in garlic whirl & skewer
Method
- 1 1. Place ham hock on a plate, splash of water and clingfilm, heat in the
- 2 microwave for 40 seconds, grill or oven to colour
- 3 2. Grill the steak to the customers liking, chicken skewer and sausage
- 4 3. Shallow fry the egg
- 5 4. Deep fry the chips, allow excess oil to drain, season with sea salt
- 6 5. Grill the tomato
- 7 6. Serve as shown
