Peri Peri Chicken Burger
Ingredients
- ½ X Chicken Breast
- 1 X Brioche Style Burger Bun
- 200g X Chips
- 5g X Peri Peri Rub
- 1 X Baby Gem Leaf
- 5ml X Garlic Whirl
- 1/6 X Lemon (juiced)
- 1 X Smoked Cheese Slice
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 40ml X Mayonnaise
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the chicken breast and burger bun
- 2 2. Mix the peri peri rub, lemon juice & garlic whirl
- 3 3. Marinate the chicken in the peri peri mix
Method
- 1 1. Grill the chicken breast, finish in the oven if needed
- 2 2. Deep fry the chips, drain excess oil, season with sea salt
- 3 3. Toast the burger bun
- 4 4. Build the burger – bun base, baby gem, chicken breast, cheese, bun lid, skewer
- 5 5. Place mayo into a ramekin
- 6 6. Serve as shown
