5oz Gammon Steak

Ingredients

  • 200g X Skin-On Chips
  • ½ X Gammon Steak
  • 50g X Garden Peas
  • 1 X Egg
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Method

  1. 1 1. Grill the gammon
  2. 2 2. Deep fry the chips until golden brown and season with sea salt
  3. 3 3. Shallow fry the egg, top with cracked black pepper
  4. 4 4. Heat the peas in a pan of lightly salted boiling water
  5. 5 5. Serve as shown
