5oz Gammon Steak
Ingredients
- 200g X Skin-On Chips
- ½ X Gammon Steak
- 50g X Garden Peas
- 1 X Egg
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Method
- 1 1. Grill the gammon
- 2 2. Deep fry the chips until golden brown and season with sea salt
- 3 3. Shallow fry the egg, top with cracked black pepper
- 4 4. Heat the peas in a pan of lightly salted boiling water
- 5 5. Serve as shown
