Mushroom Bourguignon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 X Mushroom Bourguignon Pie
  • 75g X Carrots
  • 25g X Peas
  • 45g X Cabbage
  • 45g X Leeks
  • 100ml X Gravy
  • 160g X Roast Potatoes
  • 1g X Rosemary
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Black Pepper
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Thyme

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the mushroom pie
  2. 2 2. Peel, chunky chop and blanch the carrots
  3. 3 3. Blanch the leeks & cabbage
  4. 4 4. Make the gravy as per sub recipe

Method

  1. 1 1. Place the pie on a plate, add a splash of water, cover and microwave for
  2. 2 40 seconds, transfer to a tray and oven bake
  3. 3 2. Roast the potatoes (sea salt, pepper & rosemary) and carrots (oil, salt,
  4. 4 pepper & thyme)
  5. 5 3. Reheat the gravy
  6. 6 4. Sauté the cabbage, leeks and peas
  7. 7 5. Serve as shown
