Cauliflower Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 X Cauliflower Wedge
• 50ml X Bechamel
• 10g X Cheese
• 1g X Sea Salt
• 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Method

1. 1 1. Oven bake the cauliflower
2. 2 2. Reheat the bechamel, add the seasoning and cheese
3. 3 3. Top the cauliflower with the sauce and grill
4. 4 4. Serve as shown
