Ingredients

• 100g X Gravy Mix
• 10ml X Rapeseed Oil
• 1Ltr X Water

1. 1 1. Mix the gravy, oil, and a splash of water into a paste

Method

1. 1 1. Once the 1ltr of water is boiling add all the paste and whisk
2. 2 2. Allow to slowly return to the boil
3. 3 3. Cook and chill as per food policy
4. 4 4. Serve as per dish spec
