  • 75g X Tuna
  • 30ml X Mayonnaise
  • 20g X Buttery Spread
  • 5g X Mixed Leaf
  • NB. Portion is based on a

Method

  1. 1 Pre-Stage
  2. 2 1. Defrost the bread
  3. 3 1. Drain the tuna and mix with the mayo, season
  4. 4 2. Butter the bread
  5. 5 3. Place the filling on the bread
  6. 6 4. Cut into four triangles
  7. 7 5. Serve in buffet style
