Tuna Mayo Sandwich

- 75g X Tuna
- 30ml X Mayonnaise
- 20g X Buttery Spread
- 5g X Mixed Leaf

- 1 1. Defrost the bread
Method
- 1 Pre-Stage
- 2 1. Defrost the bread
- 3 1. Drain the tuna and mix with the mayo, season
- 4 2. Butter the bread
- 5 3. Place the filling on the bread
- 6 4. Cut into four triangles
- 7 5. Serve in buffet style
