Buffet Chips with BBQ & Mayo Dips
Ingredients
- 200g X Skin-on Chips
- 40g X BBQ Sauce
- 35ml X Mayo
- 5ml X Garlic Whirl
- NB. Above is for four people

Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Mix the mayonnaise and garlic whirl
Method
- 1 1. Deep fry the chips until golden, allow excess oil to drain
- 2 2. Decant sauces into ramekins
- 3 3. Serve in buffet style
