Ingredients

  • 200g X Skin-on Chips
  • 40g X BBQ Sauce
  • 35ml X Mayo
  • 5ml X Garlic Whirl
  • NB. Above is for four people

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Mix the mayonnaise and garlic whirl

Method

  1. 1 1. Deep fry the chips until golden, allow excess oil to drain
  2. 2 2. Decant sauces into ramekins
  3. 3 3. Serve in buffet style
