  • 1/5 X Ciabatta Bun
  • 10g X Chicken & Wild Boar
  • Pate

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the ciabatta
  2. 2 2. Chop the chives

Method

  1. 1 1. Toast the ciabatta
  2. 2 2. Layer the crostini – ciabatta, chutney, pate & chives
  3. 3 3. Serve buffet style
