- 1g X Chives
- 1/5 X Ciabatta Bun
- 10g X Chicken & Wild Boar
- Pate
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the ciabatta
- 2 2. Chop the chives
Method
- 1 1. Toast the ciabatta
- 2 2. Layer the crostini – ciabatta, chutney, pate & chives
- 3 3. Serve buffet style
