Onion Bhajis
Ingredients
- 3 X Onion Bhajis
- 75ml X Vegan Butter Sauce
- 1g X Coriander
- 1g X Red Chilli
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the curry sauce, if sales allow
- 2 2. Finely slice the red chilli
Method
- 1 1. Deep fry the onion bhaji
- 2 2. Reheat the required amount of sauce
- 3 3. Place the vegan butter sauce on the bottom of the tapas dish
- 4 4. Serve as shown
