Ingredients

  • 3 X Onion Bhajis
  • 75ml X Vegan Butter Sauce
  • 1g X Coriander
  • 1g X Red Chilli

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the curry sauce, if sales allow
  2. 2 2. Finely slice the red chilli

Method

  1. 1 1. Deep fry the onion bhaji
  2. 2 2. Reheat the required amount of sauce
  3. 3 3. Place the vegan butter sauce on the bottom of the tapas dish
  4. 4 4. Serve as shown
