Ingredients

  • 100g X Whitebait
  • 10g X Cornflour
  • 2g X Paprika
  • 40ml X Mayonnaise
  • 1/6 X Lemon Wedge
  • 2ml X Lemon Juice

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Mix the lemon juice and mayo

Method

  1. 1 1. Mix the cornflour & paprika and coat the whitebait
  2. 2 2. Deep fry the whitebait
  3. 3 3. Place the lemon mayo into a ramekin
  4. 4 4. Serve as shown
