Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 Strips X Chicken Breast
  • 1 X Portion Spicy Breader
  • Coating
  • 1 X Portion Chick Dip
  • 100ml X Southern Style Gravy

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the chicken
  2. 2 2. Cut into 6 strips (3 strips for portion of 3)
  3. 3 3. Make the chick dip and gravy as per the manufacturer’s instructions

Method

  1. 1 1. Make the strips up, place them into the chick dip and then drain off the
  2. 2 excess then placing them into the breader
  3. 3 2. Deep fry the chicken
  4. 4 3. Reheat the gravy
  5. 5 4. Place the Southern style gravy in a jug and place on the plate
  6. 6 5. Serve as shown
