Ardennes Pate

Ingredients

  • 50g X Ardennes Pate
  • 40ml X Sticky Fig Relish
  • 5g X Watercress
  • 1 X Slice Sourdough Loaf
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the sourdough loaf
  2. 2 2. Wash and store the watercress in an ice bath

Method

  1. 1 1. Place the fig relish on the plate
  2. 2 2. Oil & toast the bread on both sides, slice in half lengthways
  3. 3 3. Serve as shown
