Ardennes Pate
Ingredients
- 50g X Ardennes Pate
- 40ml X Sticky Fig Relish
- 5g X Watercress
- 1 X Slice Sourdough Loaf
- 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the sourdough loaf
- 2 2. Wash and store the watercress in an ice bath
Method
- 1 1. Place the fig relish on the plate
- 2 2. Oil & toast the bread on both sides, slice in half lengthways
- 3 3. Serve as shown
