Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 X Mozzarella Ball
  • 80g X Tomatoes
  • 10g X Pizza Sauce
  • 10g X Pesto
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1 X Slice Sourdough Loaf
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the sourdough loaf
  2. 2 2. Chop the tomatoes and season

Method

  1. 1 1. Oil and toast the sourdough on both sides
  2. 2 2. Mix the tomatoes with the pizza sauce
  3. 3 3. Top the toast with tomato mix and pulled mozzarella
  4. 4 4. Drizzle with pesto and oil
  5. 5 5. Season with cracked black pepper
  6. 6 6. Serve as shown
