Smoked Salmon Pate

Ingredients

  • 85g X Smoked Salmon Pate
  • 1 X Slice of Sourdough Loaf
  • 3g X Watercress
  • 10ml X Burger Sauce
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1.
  2. 2 Defrost the sourdough loaf & salmon pate
  3. 3 2.
  4. 4 Wash & store the watercress in an ice bath

Method

  1. 1 1.
  2. 2 Oil & toast the bread on both sides
  3. 3 2.
  4. 4 Pipe on 3 blobs of burger sauce
  5. 5 3. Quinell the salmon pate on the toast
  6. 6 4.
  7. 7 Serve as shown
