Smoked Salmon Pate
Ingredients
- 85g X Smoked Salmon Pate
- 1 X Slice of Sourdough Loaf
- 3g X Watercress
- 10ml X Burger Sauce
- 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1.
- 2 Defrost the sourdough loaf & salmon pate
- 3 2.
- 4 Wash & store the watercress in an ice bath
Method
- 1 1.
- 2 Oil & toast the bread on both sides
- 3 2.
- 4 Pipe on 3 blobs of burger sauce
- 5 3. Quinell the salmon pate on the toast
- 6 4.
- 7 Serve as shown
