Prawn Cocktail
Ingredients
- 100g X Prawns
- 20g X Tomato Ketchup
- 20ml X Professional Mayonnaise
- 1ml X Worcester Sauce
- 1g X Paprika
- 1/2 X Ciabatta
- 1/4 X Baby Gem
- 1/6 X Lemon
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the prawns and the ciabatta
Method
- 1 1. Mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise & Worcester sauce
- 2 2. Slice the ciabatta into 2, warm the bread
- 3 3. Wash the baby gem, add into the tapas dish as a base
- 4 4. Top with prawns, seafood sauce, paprika & lemon wedge
- 5 5. Serve as shown
