Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 100g X Prawns
  • 20g X Tomato Ketchup
  • 20ml X Professional Mayonnaise
  • 1ml X Worcester Sauce
  • 1g X Paprika
  • 1/2 X Ciabatta
  • 1/4 X Baby Gem
  • 1/6 X Lemon

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the prawns and the ciabatta

Method

  1. 1 1. Mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise & Worcester sauce
  2. 2 2. Slice the ciabatta into 2, warm the bread
  3. 3 3. Wash the baby gem, add into the tapas dish as a base
  4. 4 4. Top with prawns, seafood sauce, paprika & lemon wedge
  5. 5 5. Serve as shown
