Cheese Souffle
Ingredients
- 1 X Cheese Souffle
- 20ml X Cheese Sauce
- 10g X Pizza Topping Cheese
- 5g X Wholegrain Mustard
- 4g X Watercress
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
- 1g X Sea Salt
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Make the cheese sauce by mixing the following – cheese sauce, pizza cheese and
- 2 wholegrain mustard
- 3 2. Wash and store the watercress in an ice bath
Method
- 1 1. Oven bake the cheese souffle
- 2 2. Reheat the cheese sauce
- 3 3. Serve as shown
