Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 X Mac & Cheese
• 1/2 X Baby Gem
• 1g X Italian Hard Cheese
• Add Bacon
• 2 X Streaky Bacon Rashers
• Add Garlic Mushrooms
• 25g X Button Mushrooms
• 5ml X Garlic Whirl
• 5ml X Rapeseed Oil

Pre-Stage

1. 1 1. Defrost the mac & cheese
2. 2 2. Wash & core the baby gem

Method

1. 1 1. Reheat the mac & cheese
2. 2 2. Grill the mac and cheese to colour
3. 3 3. Grate the Italian hard cheese, sprinkle on baby gem
4. 4 4. Grill and dice the bacon (if required)
5. 5 5. Quarter and sauté the mushrooms in garlic whirl and oil (if required)
6. 6 6. Serve as shown
