Chicken Makhani
Ingredients
- 1 X Vegan Butter Sauce Portion
- 1 X Long Grain Rice
- 2g X Crispy Onions
- 1 X Chicken Breast
- 1 X Onion Bhaji
- 3 X Mini Poppadoms
- 2g X Red Chillies
- 1g X Coriander
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 40g X Mango Chuntey
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the chicken and butter curry sauce
- 2 2. Finely slice the red chilli
Method
- 1 1. Season, oil and grill the chicken, once cooked slice
- 2 2. Deep fry the bhaji, drain excess oil
- 3 3. Reheat the rice in the microwave, cook the poppadums
- 4 4. Reheat the curry sauce
- 5 5. Place mango chutney into a ramekin
- 6 6. Serve as shown
