Chicken Makhani

Ingredients

  • 1 X Vegan Butter Sauce Portion
  • 1 X Long Grain Rice
  • 2g X Crispy Onions
  • 1 X Chicken Breast
  • 1 X Onion Bhaji
  • 3 X Mini Poppadoms
  • 2g X Red Chillies
  • 1g X Coriander
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 40g X Mango Chuntey

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the chicken and butter curry sauce
  2. 2 2. Finely slice the red chilli

Method

  1. 1 1. Season, oil and grill the chicken, once cooked slice
  2. 2 2. Deep fry the bhaji, drain excess oil
  3. 3 3. Reheat the rice in the microwave, cook the poppadums
  4. 4 4. Reheat the curry sauce
  5. 5 5. Place mango chutney into a ramekin
  6. 6 6. Serve as shown
