Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 X Cauliflower Wedge
  • 150g X Sultan Salad
  • 1 X Vegan Butter Sauce Portion
  • 2g X Red Chillies
  • 1g X Coriander
  • 5ml X Garlic Whirl
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the cauliflower wedge & curry sauce
  2. 2 2. Finely chop the red chillies

Method

  1. 1 1. Brush the cauliflower with garlic whirl, oven bake
  2. 2 2. Reheat the curry sauce & sultan salad
  3. 3 3. Serve as shown
