Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 X Cauliflower Wedge
- 150g X Sultan Salad
- 1 X Vegan Butter Sauce Portion
- 2g X Red Chillies
- 1g X Coriander
- 5ml X Garlic Whirl
- 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the cauliflower wedge & curry sauce
- 2 2. Finely chop the red chillies
Method
- 1 1. Brush the cauliflower with garlic whirl, oven bake
- 2 2. Reheat the curry sauce & sultan salad
- 3 3. Serve as shown
