Pan Fried Lamb Rump

Ingredients

  • 1 X Lamb Rump
  • 1/10 X Cabbage
  • 160g X Peka Roasting Potatoes
  • 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
  • 80g X Carrots
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
  • Bulk Recipe – Mint Butter 25ptns
  • 250g X Butter
  • 25g X Mint (chopped)

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Make the mint butter
  2. 2 2. Defrost the beef dripping gravy
  3. 3 3. Wash, peel and blanch the carrots
  4. 4 4. Wash, chop and blanch the cabbage

Method

  1. 1 1. Pan fry the lamb rump, seal on both sides, finish in the oven, allow to rest
  2. 2 2. Slice the potatoes and saute in a pan
  3. 3 3. Saute the cabbage and carrots
  4. 4 4. Reheat the beef dripping gravy
  5. 5 5. Serve as shown
