Mushroom Bourguignon Pie
Ingredients
- 1 X Mushroom Bourguignon
- Pie
- 200g X Skin-on Chips
- 70g X Carrots
- 70g X Savoy Cabbage
- 100ml X Gravy
- 10ml X Cold Pressed
- Rapeseed Oil
- 1g X Sea Salt
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the mushroom pie, if sales allow
- 2 2. Wash, peel and chunky chop the carrots, blanch & cool
- 3 3. Wash and chop the cabbage, blanch & cool
- 4 4. Make the gravy as per manufacturer’s guidance
Method
- 1 1. Place the pie on a plate, add a splash of water, cover and microwave for
- 2 40 seconds, finish in the oven
- 3 2. Reheat the gravy
- 4 3. Deep fry the chips, season with sea salt
- 5 4. Oil, season and roast the carrots
- 6 5. Reheat the cabbage in oil
- 7 6. Serve as shown
