Mushroom Bourguignon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 X Mushroom Bourguignon
  • Pie
  • 200g X Skin-on Chips
  • 70g X Carrots
  • 70g X Savoy Cabbage
  • 100ml X Gravy
  • 10ml X Cold Pressed
  • Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Sea Salt

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the mushroom pie, if sales allow
  2. 2 2. Wash, peel and chunky chop the carrots, blanch & cool
  3. 3 3. Wash and chop the cabbage, blanch & cool
  4. 4 4. Make the gravy as per manufacturer’s guidance

Method

  1. 1 1. Place the pie on a plate, add a splash of water, cover and microwave for
  2. 2 40 seconds, finish in the oven
  3. 3 2. Reheat the gravy
  4. 4 3. Deep fry the chips, season with sea salt
  5. 5 4. Oil, season and roast the carrots
  6. 6 5. Reheat the cabbage in oil
  7. 7 6. Serve as shown
