6oz Rump Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 X 6oz Rump Steak
  • 1 X Flat Mushroom
  • 1 X Tomato
  • 200g X Skin-On Chips
  • 10g X Garlic Whirl
  • 10g X Watercress
  • 5ml X Cold Pressed
  • Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • For Seasoning
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1g X Sea Salt

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. On a tray, add rapeseed oil and some of the seasoning, ready for service

Method

  1. 1 1. On the tomato cut a cross on the top, drizzle the tomato & mushroom
  2. 2 with garlic whirl then oven bake
  3. 3 2. Season the steak in the oil and cook to the guest’s specification on
  4. 4 the griddle. Allow time for the steak to rest after cooking
  5. 5 3. Deep fry the chips, season & place in lined dish
  6. 6 4. Garnish with watercress
  7. 7 5. Serve as shown
