Bacon, Mac & Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 2 X 3oz Beef Patties
  • 1 X Brioche Style Burger Bun
  • 20g X Red Onion Chutney
  • 1 X Smoked Cheese Slice
  • 1 X Baby Gem Leaf
  • 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
  • 200g X Skin-on Chips
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1 X Streaky Bacon Rasher
  • ¼ X Mac & Cheese
  • 2g X Crispy Onions
  • 10ml X Burger Sauce

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the burger, buns & mac and cheese if volumes require

Method

  1. 1 1. Grill the burger & bacon
  2. 2 2. Toast the bun
  3. 3 3. Deep fry the chips, season with sea salt
  4. 4 4. Reheat the mac & cheese and beef dripping gravy
  5. 5 5. Build the burger – base, red onion chutney, gem leaf, patty, cheese, ½ the
  6. 6 mac & cheese, patty, cheese, remaining mac & cheese, crispy onions,
  7. 7 burger sauce, lid, skewer
  8. 8 6. Serve as shown
