Bacon, Mac & Cheeseburger
Ingredients
- 2 X 3oz Beef Patties
- 1 X Brioche Style Burger Bun
- 20g X Red Onion Chutney
- 1 X Smoked Cheese Slice
- 1 X Baby Gem Leaf
- 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
- 200g X Skin-on Chips
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1 X Streaky Bacon Rasher
- ¼ X Mac & Cheese
- 2g X Crispy Onions
- 10ml X Burger Sauce
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the burger, buns & mac and cheese if volumes require
Method
- 1 1. Grill the burger & bacon
- 2 2. Toast the bun
- 3 3. Deep fry the chips, season with sea salt
- 4 4. Reheat the mac & cheese and beef dripping gravy
- 5 5. Build the burger – base, red onion chutney, gem leaf, patty, cheese, ½ the
- 6 mac & cheese, patty, cheese, remaining mac & cheese, crispy onions,
- 7 burger sauce, lid, skewer
- 8 6. Serve as shown
