Beetroot & Red Pepper Burger
Ingredients
- 1 X Beetroot & Quinoa Patty
- 1 X Smoked Vegan Cheese
- Slice
- 1 X Baby Gem Leaf
- 1 X Brioche Burger Bun
- 200g X Skin-on Chips
- 10g X Tapenade
- 10g X Red Onion Chutney
- 1g X Sea Salt
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Wash the baby gem leaves
- 2 2. Defrost the burger bun
Method
- 1 1. Deep fry the beetroot burger and chips, season with sea salt
- 2 2. Toast the burger bun
- 3 3. Build the burger – bun – red onion marmalade – baby gem lettuce –
- 4 beetroot burger – vegan cheese – tapenade - bun lid
- 5 4. Serve as shown
