Cheese & Bacon Burger

Ingredients

  • 200g X Skin-On Chips
  • 2 X 3oz Beef Burgers
  • 1 X Steaky Bacon
  • 1 X Smoked Cheese
  • 20g X Red Onion
  • Marmalade
  • 1 X Vegan Brioche Bun
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1/10 X Baby Gem
  • 50g X House Burger Sauce

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the burgers and bun
  2. 2 2. Wash the baby gem

Method

  1. 1 1. Grill the burgers and bacon
  2. 2 2. Toast the bun
  3. 3 3. Once cooked top the burgers with bacon, cheese and grill until the cheese
  4. 4 is melted
  5. 5 4. Deep fry the chips until golden, allow excess oil to drain off
  6. 6 5. Once cooked season the chips with sea salt
  7. 7 6. Layer the burger – bun base, baby gem, red onion chutney, topped
  8. 8 burgers, 10ml x house sauce, bun lid and skewer
  9. 9 7. Decant the remaining sauce into a ramekin
  10. 10 8. Serve as shown
