Ingredients

  • 70g X Savoy Cabbage
  • 70g X Carrots
  • 5g X Salted Dairy Butter
  • 5ml X Cold Pressed Rapeseed
  • Oil
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Peel, chunky chop & blanch the carrots
  2. 2 2. Chop the cabbage, blanch and cool

Method

  1. 1 1. Oil, season and roast the carrots
  2. 2 2. Sauté the cabbage in butter
  3. 3 3. Season
  4. 4 4. Serve as shown
