Seasonal Vegetables
Ingredients
- 70g X Savoy Cabbage
- 70g X Carrots
- 5g X Salted Dairy Butter
- 5ml X Cold Pressed Rapeseed
- Oil
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Peel, chunky chop & blanch the carrots
- 2 2. Chop the cabbage, blanch and cool
Method
- 1 1. Oil, season and roast the carrots
- 2 2. Sauté the cabbage in butter
- 3 3. Season
- 4 4. Serve as shown
