Beetroot & Red Pepper Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 X Beetroot & Quinoa Patty
  • 1 X Smoked Vegan Cheese
  • Slice
  • 1 X Baby Gem Leaf
  • 1 X Brioche Burger Bun
  • 200g X Skin-on Chips
  • 10g X Tapenade
  • 10g X Red Onion Chutney
  • 1g X Sea Salt

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Wash the baby gem leaves
  2. 2 2. Defrost the burger bun

Method

  1. 1 1. Deep fry the beetroot burger and chips, season with sea salt
  2. 2 2. Toast the burger bun
  3. 3 3. Build the burger – bun – red onion marmalade – baby gem lettuce –
  4. 4 beetroot burger – vegan cheese – tapenade - bun lid
  5. 5 4. Serve as shown
