Roast Trio
Ingredients
- 1 X Sunday Vegetables
- 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
- ½ X Chicken Supreme
- 80g X Cooked Pork Loin
- 80g x Cooked Roast Beef
- 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
- 25g X Stuffing Mix
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Cook the beef as per the sub recipe
- 2 2. Make vegetables as per the sub recipe
- 3 3. Make up the stuffing using boiling water and shape into balls once cooled
- 4 4. For the roast chicken use half of a chicken supreme, fully cook as per Roast
- 5 Chicken spec
Method
- 1 1. Reheat the pork in the oven or under the grill
- 2 2. Reheat the beef as per the sub recipe
- 3 3. Plate and cover the chicken and heat in the microwave and finish in the
- 4 oven
- 5 4. Reheat the stuffing on the oven
- 6 5. Reheat the Sunday vegetables as per the sub recipe
- 7 6. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
- 8 7. Reheat the beef dripping gravy
- 9 8. Serve as shown
