Roast Pork

Ingredients

  • 160g X Cooked Pork Loin
  • 1 X Sunday Veg Portion
  • 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
  • 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Make the vegetables as per the sub recipe
  2. 2 2. Roast the pork loin, cook and chill

Method

  1. 1 1. Reheat the pork loin in the oven or under the grill
  2. 2 2. Reheat the vegetables as per sub recipe
  3. 3 3. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
  4. 4 4. Heat the beef dripping gravy in a pan of boiling water
  5. 5 5. Serve as shown
