Roast Pork
Ingredients
- 160g X Cooked Pork Loin
- 1 X Sunday Veg Portion
- 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
- 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Make the vegetables as per the sub recipe
- 2 2. Roast the pork loin, cook and chill
Method
- 1 1. Reheat the pork loin in the oven or under the grill
- 2 2. Reheat the vegetables as per sub recipe
- 3 3. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
- 4 4. Heat the beef dripping gravy in a pan of boiling water
- 5 5. Serve as shown
