Roast Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 X Chicken Supreme
- 1 x Sunday Vegetables
- 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
- 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
- 25g X Stuffing Mix
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Make the vegetables as per the sub recipe
- 2 2. Make the stuffing with boiling water and shape into balls once cooled
Method
- 1 1. In a hot pan, skin side down, seal the chicken, ensuring it is seasoned, and
- 2 skin is crispy, finish in the oven
- 3 2. Reheat the vegetables as per sub recipe
- 4 3. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding and stuffing ball in the oven
- 5 4. Reheat the beef dripping gravy
- 6 5. Serve as shown
