Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 X Chicken Supreme
  • 1 x Sunday Vegetables
  • 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
  • 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
  • 25g X Stuffing Mix
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Make the vegetables as per the sub recipe
  2. 2 2. Make the stuffing with boiling water and shape into balls once cooled

Method

  1. 1 1. In a hot pan, skin side down, seal the chicken, ensuring it is seasoned, and
  2. 2 skin is crispy, finish in the oven
  3. 3 2. Reheat the vegetables as per sub recipe
  4. 4 3. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding and stuffing ball in the oven
  5. 5 4. Reheat the beef dripping gravy
  6. 6 5. Serve as shown
