Roast Beef Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 100g X Cooked Topside Beef
  • 100g X Peka Roast Potatoes
  • 1 X Ciabatta
  • 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
  • 20ml X Mayonnaise
  • 20ml X Horseradish Sauce

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the ciabatta roll
  2. 2 2. Bake the roast potatoes in the oven
  3. 3 3. Mix the mayonnaise and horseradish

Method

  1. 1 1. Reheat the potatoes in the oven
  2. 2 2. Reheat the sliced beef topside
  3. 3 3. Slice the ciabatta, place the beef inside and top with horseradish
  4. 4 mayonnaise
  5. 5 4. Heat the gravy pour into a gravy jug
  6. 6 5. Serve as shown
