- 160g X Cooked Topside Beef
- 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
- 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
- 1 x Sunday Vegetables
- 1g X Cracked black Pepper
- 1g X Sea Salt
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Cook the beef as per sub recipe
- 2 2. Cook / prep the vegetables as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Reheat the vegetables and beef as per sub recipe
- 2 2. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
- 3 3. Reheat the beef dripping gravy
- 4 4. Serve as shown
