  • 160g X Cooked Topside Beef
  • 50ml X Beef Dripping Gravy
  • 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
  • 1 x Sunday Vegetables
  • 1g X Cracked black Pepper
  • 1g X Sea Salt

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Cook the beef as per sub recipe
  2. 2 2. Cook / prep the vegetables as per sub recipe

Method

  1. 1 1. Reheat the vegetables and beef as per sub recipe
  2. 2 2. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
  3. 3 3. Reheat the beef dripping gravy
  4. 4 4. Serve as shown
