Kids Roast Beef
Ingredients
- 80g X Cooked Topside Beef
- 50g X Carrots
- 50g X Garden Peas
- 100ml X Gravy
- 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
- 75g X Roast Potatoes
- 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Cook beef as per sub recipe
- 2 2. Make the gravy as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Bake the roast potatoes in the oven
- 2 2. Reheat the beef in gravy
- 3 3. Cook the carrots & garden peas in a pan of lightly salted boiling water
- 4 4. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
- 5 5. Reheat the gravy in a pan
- 6 6. Serve as shown
