Kids Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 80g X Cooked Topside Beef
  • 50g X Carrots
  • 50g X Garden Peas
  • 100ml X Gravy
  • 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
  • 75g X Roast Potatoes
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Cook beef as per sub recipe
  2. 2 2. Make the gravy as per sub recipe

Method

  1. 1 1. Bake the roast potatoes in the oven
  2. 2 2. Reheat the beef in gravy
  3. 3 3. Cook the carrots & garden peas in a pan of lightly salted boiling water
  4. 4 4. Reheat the Yorkshire pudding in the oven
  5. 5 5. Reheat the gravy in a pan
  6. 6 6. Serve as shown
