Kids Roast Chicken
Ingredients
- ½ X Chicken Breast
- 100ml X Gravy
- 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
- 75g X Roast Potatoes
- 50g X Carrots
- 50g X Peas
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Make the gravy as per sub recipe
- 2 2. Cut and blanch the carrots
- 3 3. Roast the potatoes
Method
- 1 1. Cook the chicken breast
- 2 2. Reheat the potatoes and cook the Yorkshire in the oven
- 3 3. Reheat the peas and carrots in boiling water
- 4 4. Reheat the gravy in a pan
- 5 5. Serve as shown
