Kids Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ X Chicken Breast
  • 100ml X Gravy
  • 1 X Yorkshire Pudding
  • 75g X Roast Potatoes
  • 50g X Carrots
  • 50g X Peas

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Make the gravy as per sub recipe
  2. 2 2. Cut and blanch the carrots
  3. 3 3. Roast the potatoes

Method

  1. 1 1. Cook the chicken breast
  2. 2 2. Reheat the potatoes and cook the Yorkshire in the oven
  3. 3 3. Reheat the peas and carrots in boiling water
  4. 4 4. Reheat the gravy in a pan
  5. 5 5. Serve as shown
