Creamed Leeks

Ingredients

  • 85g X Leeks
  • 25ml X Bechamel Sauce
  • 10g x Grated Cheese
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1g X Cracked Black Pepper

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Wash and slice the leeks

Method

  1. 1 1. Mix the leeks, bechamel, salt and pepper, then bake
  2. 2 2. Place in a tapas dish, top with cheese and grill until golden
  3. 3 3. Serve as shown
