Creamed Leeks
Ingredients
- 85g X Leeks
- 25ml X Bechamel Sauce
- 10g x Grated Cheese
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1g X Cracked Black Pepper
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Wash and slice the leeks
Method
- 1 1. Mix the leeks, bechamel, salt and pepper, then bake
- 2 2. Place in a tapas dish, top with cheese and grill until golden
- 3 3. Serve as shown
