Ingredients
- 250g x Butter
- 25ml x Garlic Whirl
- Please note this makes 25 x 10g

- 1 1. Soften the butter
Method
- 1 1. Mix the softened butter and garlic whirl together
- 2 2. Mould into a log shape
- 3 3. Store as per Food Policy
- 4 4. Serve as per dish spec
