• 75g X Essential Cuisine Gravy
• Powder
• 1 Ltr X Cold Water

Pre-Stage

1. 1 1. Mix the gravy powder with a splash of water to create a paste

Method

1. 1 1. Once the 1ltr of water is lukewarm add the paste and whisk
2. 2 2. Allow to reach the boil
3. 3 3. Cook and chill as per food policy
