Pork Sausages, Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 X Pork Sausages
  • 100g X Peka Mash
  • 50g X Peas
  • 50ml X Gravy

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Boil sausages and allow to cool
  2. 2 2. Make the gravy as per sub recipe

Method

  1. 1 1. Grill the sausages
  2. 2 2. Reheat the mash and gravy in the microwave
  3. 3 3. Serve as shown
