Pork Sausages, Mash
Ingredients
- 2 X Pork Sausages
- 100g X Peka Mash
- 50g X Peas
- 50ml X Gravy
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Boil sausages and allow to cool
- 2 2. Make the gravy as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Grill the sausages
- 2 2. Reheat the mash and gravy in the microwave
- 3 3. Serve as shown
