Ingredients
- 1 X Dough Puck
- 10g x Semolina
- 70g X Fresh Pizza Sauce
- 60g X Diced Mozzarella
- ½ x Mozzarella Ball
- 30g X Cooked Ham
- 100g x Mushroom Mix
- 5ml x Olive Oil
- 1g x Sea Salt
- 10g x Diced Tomato
- 10g x Sliced Red Onion
- 20g x Sliced Peppers
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the dough puck
- 2 2. Make the fresh pizza sauce & mushroom mix as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Roll/stretch the dough puck into a pizza shape using semolina
- 2 2. Evenly spread the tomato sauce across the pizza base
- 3 3. Sprinkle the diced mozzarella over the pizza
- 4 4. Place the onion, tomato, peppers, ham & mushroom mix evenly on top
- 5 5. Place in the oven and cook until mozzarella melts and colours
- 6 6. Tear the ½ ball of mozzarella evenly across the pizza
- 7 7. Serve as shown
