Goats Cheese & Red Onion
Ingredients
- 1 X Dough Puck
- 10g x Semolina
- 70g X Fresh Pizza Sauce
- 60g X Diced Mozzarella
- 1/2 X Goats Cheese Log
- 50g x Red Onion Marmalade
- 10g x Red Onion
- 5ml X Olive Oil
- 5g X Roquette
- 1g X Maldon Salt
- 11g x Garlic Butter
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the dough puck
- 2 2. Make the fresh pizza sauce & garlic butter as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Roll/stretch the dough puck into a pizza shape using semolina
- 2 2. Evenly spread the tomato sauce across the pizza base
- 3 3. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pizza
- 4 4. Evenly spoon red onion marmalade onto pizza, ensuring finished pizza will
- 5 have some on each slice, top with red onion & crumbled goats’ cheese
- 6 5. Place in the oven and cook until mozzarella melts and cheese colours
- 7 6. Drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt & roquette
- 8 7. Brush the edges with melted garlic butter
- 9 8. Serve as shown
