Italian Meat Feast
Ingredients
- 1 X Dough Puck
- 10g X Semolina
- 70g X Fresh Pizza Sauce
- 60g X Diced Mozzarella
- 1 X Antipasto Pack
- 20g X Nduja
- 20g X Sliced Red Pepper
- 8g X Honey
- 2g X Crushed Chillies
- 25g X Red Peppers
- 5g x Roquette
- 1g X Maldon Salt
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost dough puck
- 2 2. Make the pizza sauce as per sub recipe
- 3 3. Mix the honey & crushed chillies to make hot honey NB - Please ensure that
- 4 this prepared on the day of service and thrown out at the end of the day
Method
- 1 1. Roll/stretch the dough into a pizza shape using the semolina
- 2 2. Evenly spread the pizza sauce across the pizza base
- 3 3. Top with diced mozzarella, evenly spread antipasto, peppers & nduja
- 4 4. Place in the oven and cook until the cheese starts to colour
- 5 5. Top with sea salt, roquette and hot honey drizzle
- 6 6. Serve as shown
