Ingredients
- 1 X Dough Puck
- 10g x Semolina
- 70g X Fresh Pizza Sauce
- 60g X Diced Mozzarella
- ½ X Mozzarella Ball
- 1g X Maldon Salt
- 2g X Basil
- 5ml X Olive Oil
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Make the fresh pizza sauce as per sub recipe
- 2 2. Defrost the dough puck
Method
- 1 1. Roll / stretch the dough puck into a pizza shape using the semolina
- 2 2. Evenly spread the tomato sauce across the pizza base
- 3 3. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pizza
- 4 4. Place in the oven and cook until mozzarella melts and colours
- 5 5. Tear the ½ ball of mozzarella evenly across the pizza
- 6 6. Drizzle oil and a pinch of salt to season
- 7 7. Garnish with basil
- 8 8. Serve as shown
