Truffle
Ingredients
- 1 x Dough Puck
- 10g x Semolina
- 60ml X Bechamel Sauce
- 60g X Diced Mozzarella
- 10g X Hard Cheese
- 100g X Mushroom Mix
- 5g X Roquette
- 10ml X Truffle Oil
- 1g X Maldon Salt
- 11g x Garlic Butter
- 2g x Rosemary
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Make the mushroom mix & garlic butter as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Roll / stretch the dough puck into a pizza shape using the semolina
- 2 2. Evenly spread the bechamel sauce across the pizza base
- 3 3. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pizza
- 4 4. Place the mushrooms across the pizza
- 5 5. Place in the oven and cook until mozzarella melts and toppings colour
- 6 6. Evenly drizzle truffle oil
- 7 7. Finish with parmesan, roquette, rosemary and a pinch of salt
- 8 8. Melt the garlic butter and brush around the edges of the pizza
- 9 9. Serve as shown
