Salami
Ingredients
- 1 X Dough Puck
- 10g x Semolina
- 70g X Fresh Pizza Sauce
- 60g X Diced Mozzarella
- ½ X Mozzarella Ball
- 2g X Basil
- 20g X Red Pepper
- 10g X Spinach
- 25g X Salami
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the dough puck
- 2 2. Make the fresh pizza sauce as per sub recipe
Method
- 1 1. Roll/stretch the dough puck into pizza shape using semolina
- 2 2. Evenly spread the tomato sauce across the pizza base
- 3 3. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pizza
- 4 4. Even lay the salami across the pizza
- 5 5. Evenly space out the spinach and red pepper
- 6 6. Place in the oven and cook until mozzarella melts and toppings colour
- 7 7. Tear the ½ ball of mozzarella evenly across the pizza
- 8 8. Garnish with basil
- 9 9. Serve as shown
