Grilled Salmon or Halloumi
Ingredients
- 1 X Salmon Fillet OR
- 125g X Halloumi Cheese
- 150g X Sultan Salad
- 10g X Feta
- 1g X Parsley
- 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
- 1g X Crack Black Pepper
- 1g X Sea Salt
- 1/6 X Lemon (Salmon)
Pre-Stage
- 1 1. Defrost the salmon
Method
- 1 1. Oil, season and grill the salmon, skin side up first
- 2 2. Or grill the halloumi
- 3 3. Reheat the sultan salad mix
- 4 4. Use the sultan salad, top with crumbled feta, top with chosen protein
- 5 5. Finish with oil and parsley
- 6 6. Serve as shown
