Grilled Salmon or Halloumi

Ingredients

  • 1 X Salmon Fillet OR
  • 125g X Halloumi Cheese
  • 150g X Sultan Salad
  • 10g X Feta
  • 1g X Parsley
  • 5ml X Rapeseed Oil
  • 1g X Crack Black Pepper
  • 1g X Sea Salt
  • 1/6 X Lemon (Salmon)

Pre-Stage

  1. 1 1. Defrost the salmon

Method

  1. 1 1. Oil, season and grill the salmon, skin side up first
  2. 2 2. Or grill the halloumi
  3. 3 3. Reheat the sultan salad mix
  4. 4 4. Use the sultan salad, top with crumbled feta, top with chosen protein
  5. 5 5. Finish with oil and parsley
  6. 6 6. Serve as shown
